Build discipline
Every decision has to earn its place.
Material direction
Light stone, dark window framing, layered planting, warm joinery, and low-glare architectural lighting.
Site intelligence
The build strategy prioritised privacy from the street, controlled western light, and a long-view garden connection.
Client value
A legacy family residence with everyday ease, strong resale language, and an arrival moment that feels deliberately composed.
